I was inspired to make this Crucifixion painting to be as a triptych because I wanted to show it as a trinity painting. God is - Three In One - God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. The first painting has a triangle that represents God the Father the middle painting focuses on Jesus, God the Son, and the final painting has a dove that represents the God the Holy Spirit. The three paintings can work as individual paintings or as one painting. Jesus is also painted with an undertone of green to represents eternity.
